Mark J. Brissette

Mr. Brissette practices in the fields of estate
planning, probate, business, family, real
estate, and criminal law as well as litigation in
those areas.   Furthermore, he is experienced
in municipal law, serving as counsel for
Fraser and Mount Forest Townships.

A Bay City native, Mr. Brissette received his
bachelor's degree from the University of
Michigan in 1973 and his law degree from the
University of Detroit School of Law in 1976.  
He has served on various Boards of Directors
and Committees in community organizations,
church, and the State Bar of Michigan, serving
as a member of the Representative Assembly
from 1998 to 2004.  He is past president of
the Bay County Bar Association (1997-1998).  
Mr. Brissette is a current member of the
American Bar Association, Northeast
Michigan Estate Planning Council, State Bar
of Michigan, and the Bay County Bar
Association.  His hobbies include golf and
playing trumpet with Midland Concert Band
and Bay Concert Band.  He is currently
chairmen of both of those musical
organizations.  He also serves on the Board
of Trustees of the Bay Medical Foundation.
