| John M. Morosi Mr. Morosi maintains an extensive Plaintiff's social security disability, workers' compensation, and personal injury practice. He has over 30 years of experience litigating against major insurance carriers and corporations and has achieved a significant number of six- and seven-figure verdicts and settlements. Mr. Morosi has the professional expertise and experience to obtain a favorable resolution of a serious personal injury, workers compensation, or wrongful death claim. Over the years he has developed a keen sense of the true worth of a case, securing an equitable settlement when offered while remaining willing to take a case to trial if necessary to obtain fair compensation for his clients. Mr. Morosi is a long standing member of the Michigan Trial Association for Justice. Mr. Morosi received his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit School of Law. A Detroit native, he and his wife Christine have lived in Bay County for over 25 years, where they have raised their three children. He has held various volunteer positions at St. John the Evangelist Catholic church in Essexville. His community involvement has centered around coaching his children's sports teams and actively supporting high school athletics. |
